Returns
Seven days to change your mind
Bedding is something you have to live with for a night or two before you know. You have seven days from the day your order is delivered to raise a return — and what we take back we have to be able to resell, so there are a few conditions below worth reading first.
The window
Seven days, counted from the day the courier records your order as delivered — not from the day you ordered. Your order history shows the exact date the window closes for each order.
How to raise one
Email [email protected] with your order number, which items you’re returning and how many of each, what’s wrong, and clear photographs of the product and its packaging. A short video helps where the issue is easier to show than describe.
Replying to your order confirmation reaches the same inbox and already carries your order number. You can return part of an order — it doesn’t have to be all of it.
Please wait for approval before sending anything back. Raising a request isn’t the same as it being accepted, and a parcel that arrives unannounced is hard for us to match to an order.
We reply in the same thread with our decision, and write again once the refund is issued. If you haven’t heard from us within two working days, do write again — it means something went astray.
When we can accept a return
We’ll accept a return where:
- you received the wrong product;
- the product has a manufacturing defect;
- it arrived damaged;
- or it is otherwise materially different from what you ordered.
Every request is reviewed before it’s approved.
Condition of returned items
An approved return has to come back:
- unused and unwashed;
- free of stains, marks, odours, hair or lint;
- undamaged and unaltered since delivery;
- with its original packaging, tags and labels.
For hygiene reasons we can’t accept bedding that has been used, washed or otherwise handled in a way that makes it unfit for resale, except where the law requires us to. If a returned item doesn’t meet these conditions we may decline it.
Colour, weave, and the things cotton does
We photograph our bedding as faithfully as we can. Colour still shifts with your screen, its brightness and the light you’re sitting in, and small differences from those causes aren’t a defect. The same goes for the small irregularities natural to cotton, its weave, printing and finishing, where they don’t affect how the bedding wears or washes.
Change of mind
Please read the dimensions, material and weave before ordering. A return purely because you changed your mind, or because the softness or shade wasn’t what you pictured, may not be accepted unless the law requires it.
Sending it back
If we sent the wrong item, or the issue is a manufacturing defect or damage in transit, we arrange the return and it costs you nothing.
For any other return we agree to accept, we may ask you to cover the reverse-pickup cost. We’ll tell you the amount and how it will be settled before the return is processed, and never deduct anything you haven’t agreed to. Please don’t courier anything to us on your own unless we’ve asked you to.
Inspection and refund
Every returned parcel is inspected when it reaches us. Once it passes, we issue the refund.
We refund what you actually paid for the items you returned. If you used a discount code, the refund reflects the discounted price rather than the list price — so returning one item from a discounted order returns that item’s share of what you paid. The delivery charge isn’t refunded, since the parcel was delivered — unless the return is because we sent the wrong item or it arrived faulty, in which case we refund that too.
- Paid online: refunded to the card, UPI id or account you paid from. Your bank usually takes five to seven working days to show it after we issue it.
- Cash on delivery: there’s no online payment to reverse, so we’ll ask for a UPI id or bank details and transfer it directly.
A damaged or incorrect parcel
Write to [email protected] as soon as you can, and within the seven-day window. If the outer packaging looks damaged, photograph it before opening and film the unboxing if you can — it’s the single most useful thing for settling a claim quickly, because it shows the damage happened in transit rather than after.
If your order still shows as shipped after it arrived, tell us. The window is measured from the delivery the courier reports, and occasionally that report doesn’t come through. You won’t lose your window because of a tracking failure.
What we can't take back
Unless the item is defective, was sent in error, or the law says otherwise, we can’t accept:
- anything used or washed;
- items without their original packaging, labels or tags;
- items damaged after delivery through handling, washing or care;
- items altered or modified after delivery;
- anything bought in a final-sale or marked non-returnable;
- customised or personalised items.
Replacements
Depending on the issue and whether we have the set in stock, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. If that’s an option we’ll raise it when we reply — you’re never obliged to take it.
